Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
BSN completion preferred
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Shift: Monday - Friday; Holidays as needed

- Bria of Belleville: 150 N 27th Street, Belleville, IL Monday-Friday, 6a-5p
- Bria of Alton: 3523 Wickenhauser Avenue, Alton, IL Monday-Friday, 6a-3p
Traveler MUST be willing to float
Submission Requirements:
- Geriatric patient experience - Required
- NxStage Dialysis Machine experience - Strongly required
- Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
- CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color
