Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro experience

Required Credentials: Basic EKG interpretation test assigned during orientation. Critical care RNs (ED/ICUs/PICU) will have more than just the basic interpretation test (like those included in the STEMI curriculum and Procedural Sedation curriculum assigned to them).

Preferred Credentials: IABP, CRRT, & ICP

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to any MedSurg/Tele units (4E, 4W, 5E, 5W, & 6E) Travelers float 1st.
