Shift: Days but one to two per week will be PM (1500) shift. One night shift call per week. wwill take call every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday (24 hours).
Required experience in all Ortho procedures.
Weekend REQ: On Call weekend, Sat or Sun - 3 per schedule (24 hr call shift). 30 minute response time for on-call required.

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
Daily Census: 15-25
Patient Diagnoses: General, GYN, Plastics, Major and Minor Ortho, Ortho/Spine/Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Urology, Minor Vascular
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler
