Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Charge experience.

• CABG on Bypass • CABG Off Bypass • Mitral Valve or Aortic Valve replacement • Bentall • Pulmonary Embolisms • Balloon Pump and Impella • Hybrid cases for TAVR • Lung Cases | VATS/Thoracotomy procedures, Lobectomy, Decortication, Wedgy Biopsy

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3-5 years.

Unit/Facility Details: OR RN; Strong large/acute care Urology, Ortho, General Surgery OR RN

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday, no weekends. On Call 2-3 times/month. Call will be required, and call can be heavy. Call expectations would be 1-2, 16 hours shifts (3p-7a) weekly, and a full weekend call every 4th weekend (3p Friday-7a Monday).

Floating Requirements: Flexibility to float to other rooms when needed.
