Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Peri-Op experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Patient Navigator

Required Skills/Experience: At least 3 years of inpatient or outpatient orthopedic nursing experience required and/or medical/surgical experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Bilingual in Spanish

Required Credentials: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)

Special Requests: Not accepting any RTO – Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation)

Shift & Scheduling: Shift: 0730-1700, Monday-Thursday
