Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
48 months of Nurse Management experience is required.
Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills / Experience: 4–10 years of clinical and leadership experience

Supervisory experience

Preferred Skills / Experience: Detox experience

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit: This Nurse Manager will oversee all nursing operations in a Level 3.7 detox unit—from staffing and patient care quality to policy development and community collaboration.

Others: Orientation 09/02 and 10/06

Special Requirements: Anyone who has worked within BILH as perm, per diem or travel will need to be separated for 6 months prior to returning
