Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Shift: 630-1500/ 0630-1700
Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend a month
On Call Requirements: 1 weekday a week and 1 weekend a month
Must be proficient in OR cases, including general, ortho, ob/gyn, including endo, eye (preferred), and endoscopy - Required
