Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Case Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

1 opening with Mother Baby unit - previous experience required

1 opening is general case management required

Preferred: Experience with Care Manager

Preferred: Experience with discharge planning.

Minimum of three years RN clinical experience, preferred.

Current working knowledge of discharge planning, utilization management, case management, performance improvement and managed care reimbursement, preferred.
