Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Interventional Radiology experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Neuro experience is a must

Required Credentials: Please submit a passed EKG test 80% or higher on submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Shift between 8hr/10hr hour shifts

Weekend Requirements: no weekends unless on call

On-Call Requirements: On call for neuro with 30 min call back time and IR body 45 min call back time

On call: One weekend(F-Su) and one weekend day as 3rd man

Holiday Requirements: as needed
