Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Diabetes Foot Care Specialist

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prior teaching experience

Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience as an RN or RD, with emphasis on diabetes care and/or chronic disease management

Required Credentials: Certification as a Diabetes Educator (CDE/CDCES)

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Shift & Scheduling: Holiday coverage required.
