Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of MS or PCU experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Ortho experience.
Required Credentials:
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Shift & Scheduling: 6 weekend shifts and per 6 week schedule. May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation.
Floating Requirements: Will be asked to float to any other MS unit; and to outside sister facilities. Floating is done on a rotational basis: Meridian to Nampa: 19 mins, 14 miles, Meridian to Boise: 21 mins, 10.8 miles, Boise to Nampa: 33 mins, 22.7 miles.
