𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression). This includes de-escalation techniques and appropriate medication management. Therapeutic Communication: Building trust and rapport with patients through effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Ability to assess patients' mental health status, including recognizing signs of psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral problems. This involves taking thorough patient histories, observing behavior, and using diagnostic tools.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: ADOL unit takes patients from 12-18 yo, Serenity is a lower acuity adult unit. ITU is the higher acuity adult unit (patients with thought disorder diagnoses), SRAD has patients that live a senior lifestyle. VINE is lower acuity adult unit. Adolescent Unit

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: We require coverage for three 12-hour shifts each day, seven days a week, including weekends. Please note that days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract.
