Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 10 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Charge experience preferred

Required Credentials: Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.

Work history with 2 years minimum experience, explanation of all gaps in work history over 90 days, Skills Checklist

Special Requests: Holiday Policy: Unit will not approve any Christmas holiday RTO

Must be able to work 2 of 3 winter holidays

All requested time off must be included in the submission packet

Weekend-only requests will be considered

One assignment only, no renewals

Shift & Scheduling: Start Dates: 12/1 and 12/15

Assignments end on Saturday

Unit tries to follow 2/3 weekends a month but cannot always do this based on unit needs
