Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Case Management experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
You must take a 1 year break between staff and travel for ALL Kaiser facilities.
Required Skills/Experience: Greater than 2 years of Previous inpatient case management experience
Utilization Review experience
Special Requests: No holiday weekend time off will be accepted.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and Call: Every other weekend
Floating Requirements: Floating between facilities may be expected between Manteca & Modesto or Riverside & Moreno Valley.
