Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 12 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry; recent acute care experience ; can handle 6 patient ratio.

Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 2 yrs RN experience; preceptor and charge experience is a plus

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period. We don’t schedule them to be on-call; but we can flex their scheduled shifts to an on call shift as needed twice in their contract. Shift preference is flexible- will accept day or night, or only days/nights.

Floating Requirements: Floating to other units (IMC, ED) in the hospital is an expectation.
