Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

60 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ADN completion required

Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

·Shift Requirements: 12 hour pms/nights variables. PM Shift would start 11am or 3pm.

Float requirements: May be required to float to other locations: Merrill, Antigo, Medford and Stanley. · On Call/Call Back Requirements: 12 hours in a 6 week period. Response time: 30 Min

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
