Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Dietary experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

RD (Required)

Additional Details:

Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Weekend and On Call: None

NICU Training preferred.

Clinician to Patient Ratios: By unit – 10 to 15 patients a day

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Consult, Malnutrition, Length of stays, MDR rounds
