Required Skills/Experience:

Must have acute care experience

Experienced with ASP, Sterile compounding

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Any IT experience a plus

Preferred Credentials:

Residency training and/or BPS certification such as BCPS, BCIDP, BCCCP or BSCSP, or ASHP mico-certifications or SIDP or other infectious diseases certification are preferred

Would like IV Compounding Certification

Technology Used on Unit:

Cerner or other CPOE database, Omnicell or similar ADM system

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills All aspects of pharmacy operations including regulatory requirements. Must be able to help staff on rare occasions for emergencies; Must perform antibiotic stewardship program (ASP) functions i.e. vancomycin and aminoglycoside dosing, insulin and other drug monitoring, providing drug information to Medical Staff
