Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

Guaranteed Hours: 32

Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

On call schedule to be determined by facility

Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.

All RTO should be listed on the cover page

RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays

Required:

Minimum 24 months of current Acute Pharmacy Technician experience

Sterile compounding with sterile hazardous compounding experience
