Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend

On Call: No

Floating: Will float as needed per department needs.

Special Requirements:

-Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management.

-Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Isolation Precautions.

Magnet hospital/facility.

Teaching Hospital Experience preferred.

Scrub Color: Any solid color.

Parking Cost: Parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer.

Any Perm or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler.

RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval.

Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
