Travel Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of CVPICU or PICU experience

Must have exp from a 30 bed or greater PICU.

Skills: Arterial line management, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line management, Assist/maintain chest tube, Assist/manage intubation, BiPAP/CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, Care/maintenance of acute airway, End-Tidal $\text{CO}_2$ monitoring, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Tracheostomy care, Ventilator Management, Hemodynamic monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Continuous Sedation, IV vasopressors, Pediatric Dosage Calculations, Isolation Precautions, PICU.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefers close to 2 year's experience.

Skills: Starting and maintaining IVs, Congenital Heart Disease/Repair, ECMO, Post Cardiac catheterization, Post cardiac surgery, Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD), Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)

Required Credentials: Current government issued photo ID

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend

Floating Requirements: Will float to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed.

Must be willing to comply with facility float expectations. Will be given an appropriate assignment in these areas.
