Additional Details:

1 weekend per month, will have time off during week to accommodate weekend schedule.

• preferably someone who is fluent in Oasis

• Monday to Sunday

• Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended

Trauma Level: Post-Acute Prior Travel Experience Required

OASIS exp Certifications Preferred

Scrubs/color: business casual or any color scrubs

Shoes: closed, non-skid

Jewelry: minimal

Hair/Beard: groomed

Nail Polish: minimal

Weekend Requirements: currently Sat/Sun a month w/ 2 days to comp during week

Call Requirements: no

Holiday Requirements: if needed

Patient Population (Diagnoses): Cardiac, pulmonary, diabetes, wound care, post-surgery, orthopedics, neurological impairment, palliative care, dementia, CVA, SCI, COPD, Parkinson’s, ostomy, catheters, MVA, etc.

Age Range: 30-100

We cover Chittenden Country and Grand Isle County
