Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Interventional Radiology experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

Required Skills/Experience: IV therapy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Work Settings, Pre Post Procedure

Preferred Skills/Experience: Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics, Implanted Ports - Care and Maintenance, IV infusion pumps, PICC Lines - Care and Maintenance, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab experience

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

Unit/Facility Details: Transportation: Clinician must have reliable transportation; travel pairs require separate vehicles.
