Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule

Weekends are Fri/Sat for nights

No Call, but can be placed on standby for low census. If placed on standby and called in they have a 30 min response time.

Holiday Requirements 1 major & 1 minor minimum

Floating Requirements: Can be floated to Mercy Downtown (approx 6.5 miles away). Can float to any MS Tele unit. Can float to ICU for MedSurg Tele patients. Can float to ER for MedSurg Tele holds.
