Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Seeking experienced nurses
Types of Patients on Unit: This is primarily an Adult Surgical Unit with a few Peds patient beds.
Unit/Facility Details: Bed Size: 150 - 500
Shift & Scheduling: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
This position will require every other weekend & holiday
