Additional Details:

Desired Start Date: ASAP- 4/21 start

Shift and Time: Monday - Friday (rotating schedule where needs are greatest)

Holiday Requirements: Holidays not required: In the event of a holiday falls on scheduled workday, subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours.

On-call requirements: Late call required 1700-2100 (can be as frequent at once a week depending on rotation and need)

Experience Requirements: peripheral and neurovascular experience
