Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Experience with Omnicell is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license

Additional Details:
Candidates who have 2+ years of experience, 3 days or less RTO and who can start on date posted in the position can be auto-offered.
Preferred skills and experience: Strongly prefer 400+bed
Required credentials: All RNs will be required to take and pass a “pre assignment Basic and Advanced Dysrhythmia (rhythm Strip) test and RNs should be prepared, passing score is 80%.
Shift & schedule requirements: 7on/7 off. Will work every other weekend. Will also consider 2/11 start. Holiday rotation required.
