Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Sills/Experience: SVE competency, C-Section circulation

Preferred Skills/Experience:

· Internal monitor placement competency.

· Previous HCA assignment/employments.

· Experience in Level IV unit (high volume unit).

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

· SVD/ cerclages/C-Sections/TOLAC

Equipment Used on Unit: Type of equipment – Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US.

Special Requests: Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Call Requirements: No call requirement. Weekends: alternating.
