**𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:**2+ PACU & 3+ ICU/Critical Care / 3+ Critical Care and PACU experience, Ventilator management experience, Management of medication drips & Arterial line management, Lumbar drains & EVD drains, dysrhythmia identification

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Transplant experience (kidney and pancreas)

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: General Surgery, Colorectal, Endoscopic, ENT, Gynecologic, Neurology (craniotomy, deep brain stimulator placements), Plastics, Thoracic, Vascular & Transplant (kidney and Kidney/pancreas), Spinal, IR, Endocrinology, Hand & Micro Surgery

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Ventilators, monitors, Alaris pump, 12 lead EKG machine (Phillips)

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Perianesthesia Main PACU / Number of Beds: 18

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: Cannot have any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following background hits: Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time).

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Weekend Hours: Based on departmental needs / Call Requirements: Based on departmental needs

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼: Based on ASPAN guidelines and acuity of patients. ICU 1:2, Med surg 2-3:1. Initial recovery period 1:1 during rotation of nursing staff. Holds at nighttime are based on the acuity of the patients.
