Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 3 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Required Education: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.

Monday – Friday. Anywhere between 7 am and 4 pm

Experience in acute care preferred but not required.

Needs to be able to work independently and make appropriate discharge recommendations. Combination of acute care patients and same day discharges from surgery center.
