Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
12 months of Home Health experience is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
PT needed for Home Health.
Monday thru Friday.
They will be required to travel to patients' home.
They will be required to provide their own vehicle.
Most of their job will be on the road traveling to patients' home for therapy.
More than half our patients are Spanish speaking, so bilingual is preferred.
