Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Shift & Scheduling: Days+call. Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645. Weekend/Call Requirements: Based on staffing, every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645. Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff. What is call response time? 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room available - housing should also be available nearby to make call.

Required Skills/Experience: Candidates must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR General/Robotics. Must have 1 year of experience and experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo. Must have 1 year of Ortho/Neuro OR experience. ortho, neuro, total joints (knees, hips, shoulders, ankles), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar fusions, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

General/robotics Common Cases: Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN*/Urology, ION robotic cases, Open Bellies, endo/ GI experience- scope experience (ok with needing a resher) ION Robot, Davinci XI, Stryker towers; GYN

Ortho/neuro Common Cases: ortho neuro total joints(hips, knees, shoulders), sports medicine, arthroscopies, neuro-spinal fusions, cervical and lumbar cases, micro discs, cranis, and no awake large neuro cases

Unit/Facility Details: General/Robotics and Ortho/Neuro ORs. Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite

Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

Floating Requirements: MUST be willing to float to cross train to other specialty cases if needed to be second scrub. MUST be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter (and will get train that day) If refused supplemental time of an not getting paid- RDO day), Ability to pick up extra for 1:1 sitting; we do this to supplement hours if we have a low case volume.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
