Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Ambulatory Clinic (LPN) experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations
