Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Respiratory Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Acute - Required
Preferred Skills / Experience: Acute care or LTAC experience
Required Credentials: LPN EKG exam is required (will not take medication portion of normal EKG exam)
Shift & Scheduling: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Weekend: ETW
Every Other Holiday
Floating Requirements: Treatments will be given on multiple units including ICU/PCU/MS/Tele/Observation/ER.
