Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Nurse Management experience.

BSN completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday coverage.

Required Skills/Experience: Past experience as a supervisor is required. 3-5 years nursing experience required. 2 years in leadership.

Required Credentials: You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation. Government Issued Photo ID.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Nurse supervisor will be overseeing the entire hospital and all units.

Previous Employment Requirements: Must be separated from BILH for 6 months in order to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).
