𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Arterial extremities, venous extremities, small parts, breast, carotid, OB, pediatric spine, pediatric head, abdomen, renal dopplers, pelvic, and echo

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Philips Epic US machines. Siemens C-arm, x-ray, CT scanner, portable x-ray, and GE portable x-ray

**𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:**Trauma Level: CAH / candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: Fit testing / facial hair- please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the primary or secondary fit test (3m aura 1860 sm or reg/3m 1870+). If unable to pass - a portacount test would be required, which cannot be completed on clinicians with facial hair & papr cannot be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed./ RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions. An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
