Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills and Experience: Rural healthcare experience is a plus

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam. Driver's License/State ID.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: EOW. EOH.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to St Elizabeth or Mercy Hospital.

Special Request Requirements: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
