12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 10 months of Physical Therapy experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Shift & Scheduling: The expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Types of Patients on Unit: active, post-op, medicare

Unit/Facility Details: Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected Option in this clinic or neighboring clinic for a travel team: Yes
