Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 3 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Certifications

ACLS (Required)

BLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

RNs only - Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school.

RNs only- Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood

On-Call: Yes

Formal Education Required

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a school accepted for candidacy status from an accrediting body

Requires exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and other potentially hazardous conditions common to a clinical environment, such as risk of falls, strains, etc

Shift:

5x8 or 4x10 start at 7:00am or may start at 6:30am on flex days

On-Call: Required 1 day a week - after shift to 7:00am the next morning

CVOR required experience

Heart and Vascular experience Required

Endoscopy experience - Recommended
