Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer free standing or CAH type experience as they will be the only one in house.strong text

Required Credentials: CRT or RRT

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: ABGs- draw and analyze, EKGS, breathing Tx, BiPAP, CPAP, vents

Types of Patients on Unit: Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) Stand alone ER, all ages

Unit/Facility Details: Free standing ER 14 beds

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements at least every other weekend- if it falls within a pattern

Holiday Requirements yes, if falls within a pattern.

Floating Requirements: Floating Requirements Very Rare occasion to Nampa hospital
