References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Accessing/managing ports, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care/management, peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, starting and maintaining IVs, cardiac telemetry, MS/tele, PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown, telemetry, chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac), external CPAP/BIPAP, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, CVA (cerebrovascular accident), feeding tube care and management, heparin protocols, manage cardiac drips no titration, manage vasoactive drips no titration, PCA, titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, telemetry on-unit monitoring, telemetry remote monitoring, isolation precautions, wound care/wound vac, post cardiac angiogram, post MI, pre/post cardiac cath, pre/post cardiac surgery, sheath removal, TR band, pre/post hemodialysis management, renal failure, surgical drains.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous Charge Experience
• Teaching Hospital Experience
• Phlebotomy, interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs), tracheostomy care/management, use of rapid response/code teams.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints
• Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 3x12 or 4x12
• Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend
• Is on-call REQ? No.
