Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
12 months of Case Management experience is required from last 3 years.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Skills: These nurses will be doing discharge planning, and will not be responsible for any utilization review/utilization management. RN will be responsible for all discharge arrangements, such as outpatient IV antibiotics, wound vacs, home care, rehab, etc.
