Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
18 months of Infusion Center experience is required from last 3 months.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from the last 2 years
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.
No block scheduling.

Guaranteed Hours: 40
Administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products and other non-chemotherapy medications
Preferred:
IV skills
Mediport access experience
Pediatric hem/onc experience.
