Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Interventional Radiology experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Circulate and Conscious Sedation experience required

Preferred Skills/Experience: Telemetry experience

Previous Charge Experience: Preferred

Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

Vent experience preferred

Required Credentials: Travelers MUST complete labs within 48 hours of signing

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Procedures done on this unit include: TIPs, Y-90, Ports, Grafts, PICCs, Stroke Thrombectomy, UAE, Biopsies

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Age Groups: Adults

Patient Diagnoses for this unit: CVA, CA, Infections, Dialysis

Equipment Used on Unit: Special Equipment: Fluoro

Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratios: 1/4 (holding), 1/1 (procedure)

Special Requests: RTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submission will not be accepted.

Block Schedules: No

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend On Call: Every 4-5 weekends; Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Weekday On Call: 1 day per week
