Must be willing to fulfill a full 13 week contract.
Candidates should expect to work 2-3 of the 4 Summer Holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, and Labor Day).
Any RTO should be provided at time of submission to be considered.
Acute progressive unit, with heavy Trauma/GI post op patients.
Telemetry experience required.
Level 1-2 trauma exp required.
Will consider first time travelers, with Level 1 trauma exp.
Trauma/general surgery post op patient experience required.
Must have exp with abdominal surgeries.
Must have experience with trachs and flaps.
Must be strong with foley catheters, surgical drains, surgical oncology, wound vacs, ostomy, ports and PICCs, TPN and lipids.

Patient Age Groups: Adults
Daily Census: 32
Patient Diagnoses: Colorectal surgery patients including new ostomy placement and take down, head and neck surgery, surgical oncology, plastic surgery including flap placement, abdominal surgery.
Special Procedures/Unit Details:
Return Staff Policy: Gone for 90 days to return as traveler
License Hits: University of Kentucky will not accept any licensure hits.
