Physical Therapist IP

Type of Services: Inpatient Rehabilitation – Acute Skilled/Swing, Long Term Care. Also, offer Occupational Services.

Required Skills: Must have at least 1-yr of Acute Care & LTC (Long Term Care).

Scope of Role: Acute care Coverage, Long Term Care, Swing Bed/Skilled.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
