References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Weekend Required: Will work weekends as needed for the department.

No On-Call

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed (including to ICU).

Open to accommodating block schedule Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Special Requirements: Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response

Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG. Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention skills/experience required. Chronic/Acute Renal failure experience required. Required IV therapy skills/experience: Accessing ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Experience: Emergency medications, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips. CVA/Acute Stroke management experience required. Required Respiratory/Thoracic

Skills/Experience: Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management. Required Professional Topics and Skills: Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Code blue/rapid response. .

Patient Diagnoses: Chest pain, chf, afib, nstemi, dysrhythmia, post cardiac interventions, ablations, cardiogenic shock, syncope, stroke, respiratory failure, pulmonary embolism, renal failure, gi bleed.

Orientation Hours: 12

Years of Experience:2 year(s) Cardiac IMC or ICU exp.

SSN required at time of submittal

RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
