Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: 1-2 weekend shifts per month

Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Adult/Geriatric experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Inpatient rehab, skilled, long-term care, or hospital experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Stroke, neuro, cardiac, debility, ortho,

Types of Patients on Unit: Adult/geriatric/rehab

Equipment Used on Unit: Hoyer, DinaMap, Nova biomedical glucometers

Additional Notes: New hospital. Only the first floor is taking patients currently. 26 beds. 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
