Travel Nurse (RN) - Dialysis Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: The candidate will need strong skill set in both Outpatient and Inpatient settings with Flexibility and adaptability. ESRD: Chronic renal patients. A minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience required.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Must be flexible with schedule - will work 8/9/10/12H shifts as needed. No call but Saturday requirements.

Floating Requirements: This is a FLOAT Dialysis need. It will be based in Joy Dr. Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403 Outpatient , but will support all units within a 40 minute radius of the home unit, example Acute UVMMC, Berlin, and Joy Drive.

Special Request Requirements: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are required. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Unit and Facility Details: This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
