PET/CT & Nuclear Med Tech
Shift & Scheduling: Monday–Friday, start times varies - Start times are 6, 6:30,7,7:30,8,8:30 and 9:30 - must be flexible.
Optional 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks.
1 evening shift & 1 Saturday per month
26 Week Contract with restricted RTO for the month of February and March.
Federal holidays off.
Steady weekday schedule.
Unit Details:
Daily Caseload: • ~33 PET/CT scans • Whole-body FDG, Brain, Cardiac, Neuroendocrine Imaging • 2 PET/CT scanners • Mostly oncology cases
Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience in PET/CT and General Nuclear Medicine • IV starts, PACS • Inpatient & Outpatient experience
Required Skills/Experience: ARRT or NMTCB
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments performed on the unit:
Patient diagnoses: Preferred: adolescents.
PET/CT a combination of Wholebody FDG PET/CT, Brain PET imaging, limited Cardiac PET, Neuroendocrine Imaging.
2 PET/CT scanners.
Majority of the PET/CT cases are for Oncologic diagnosis.
RTO required with submission.
Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more.
